Yes. Classes are designed to meet you where you are. Whether you’re new to pilates or have an established practice, instructors offer guidance and modifications so you can move at your own pace.

Bring water, a towel, and comfortable workout clothes. Mats are provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own if you prefer.

Classes are held in a heated room to help improve flexibility, increase intensity, and support recovery. Expect to sweat, that’s part of the experience.
